Most time-efficient method/system for cleaning Sterilite tubs?

I have had some tubs sitting around needing cleaning for a few weeks, they had wet paper and all that jazz in them..after a few sprays, scrub and rinse I can stick my nose to the plastic and on smell clean plastic..I've found my cleaner..My next order will be a gal of it..
