Alright guys. So I spent the last 12 years dealing with boas at any time I was keeping 10-15. in the last year I sold off all my boas except two. I had bps off and on, but just as pets. A year ago I decided to go into bps almost exclusively. I bought a female '11 caramel and a male '11 spider het caramel. I read a lot before deciding to purchase them and was aware of the issues with both. I've gotten to know the breeders well since I purchased them and they have had much better than average luck with them. They've had a very small percentage of kinks. All my other females are '12s and won't be ready until next year. I recently weighed both of those snakes. The female is 1350 grams and the male 1200. I was shocked seeing as how I had not planned on her being ready to go. Both are eating small f/t rats every 7-10 days. At this rate she should land anywhere from 1500-2000 grams and 2 years old. I don't really have a question, more searching for advice. I realize she is going to be 1500 and she has very Hardy size and muscle to her. But would you hold off until next year our would you give it a shot this year. I have a fridge I'm turning into an incubator and could be ready. What are your thoughts guys
