So this breeding season is not that successful for us as we thought. We started to breed in last November. 5 females 1 male. Out of 5 females I only felt 3 has follicles, but we kept breeding them all. We needed to separate the females and the male in the middle of the breeding season for 3 months. After the 3 months was over we kept continue breeding them, then we realized that the male is not breeding because he lost one of his spur. So like a month and a half ago we gave up and didn't introduced them anymore. I couldn't feel anything in the females anymore. Out of the 3 females the lesser went back to feed she always was a mouser so she eats 3 mouse every week (she is around 2400g) she usually eat like 5 of them. She still lay on her side or her back, so I'm confused. The other two normal females still not eating and one of them is laying on her side. The other one is just started to soak in her water what she never did before.
My question is should I still try to breed them or just wait until next season?
Thanks for any input!!
