Shedding box?
So, my ball python is shedding, and she's having a hard time (been trying to get the skin off for 50+ hours) So can anyone lead me in the right direction to some, I guess "schematics", please?

As long as your humidity is good, the shedding process shouldn't be an issue - what kind of enclosure do you have, and what type of substrate do you use? It'll make it easier to give you suggestions.
Cheers,
Chris.

At this point, its a bad shed. It will be hard for her to get it off on her own, even with a "humid hide" (thats what we call them). You will have to remove it for her.
I soak my animals in a plastic tub with an inch or two of slightly above room temperature water (approx. 80ºF). I also like to throw a few paper towels in there so they have something to rub up against. I leave them in there for 30 min - an hour (supervised) or until the shed skin comes off easily. Sometimes they will slither around and get it off themselves, but more often than not you will need to get in there and peel it off yourself.
As far as building a humid hide goes, you can just use a plastic tupperware container (with a lid) and cut a small entrance for the snake to crawl into. Fill the hide with some damp moss and Voila! Humid hide

I have loose coconut fiber substrate, and I spray her tank 7-8 times a day, nothing I do will keep her humidity up. And she's in a 20 gallon tank with a screen lid and a 75 watt day bulb.
And Kaorte, how do I peel it off? (tweezer's, finger's, etc.)

The screen lid + the heat bulb is what is making it impossible to keep your humidity up. There are a few tutorials in the sticky section on how to modify your screen top to trap more humidity. I just like to do a sheet of plexiglass over most of the screen. You do want some ventilation though. Moving a deep water bowl closer to the heat bulb should help create a bit more humidity.
Once you've soaked the snake, you can peel the skin off with your fingers. I sometimes use a damp paper towel to help "roll" the skin off front to back. The longer you let the snake soak, the easier it is to peel off.

Shedding box?
For my buddies snake I used a snake sauna and it worked perfect. Went from sketchy broken shed to a beautiful full shed. Like night and day from the first half to the second half.
Luckily for me all my snakes sheds have been one piece.
