He will kill anything larger than a mouse pinky, and leave it. On a whim about the third time he did that here, I pulled the first dead prey item, and offered another live one. That one he killed and ate. So that is how I have been feeding him since. More often than not, he will kill and eat the first prey item, but if he kills and leaves the first he will always eat the second. Just seems to be a quirk of his that he is slowly growing out of. He is packing on the grams now that he's on larger prey, and I can't wait to see how happy his owner will be when he gets him back.

Worth trying if you have the extra rodents?

Are you still in contact with the breeder? What did they have her feeding on? Perhaps they would take her back, and get her going again?
no im not in contact with my breeder but i live by a reptile fourm and ill just buy 2 rat pups and try it out thanks
