Mine is a name my hubby came up with for me years ago. I use it on most sites I join. I find it easier to have one username than trying to remember a bunch of different ones for different sites.
I was born with my name, or rather it was chosen for me. My dad is actually Neal, so I'm a Jr. Though I don't answer to Jr and I don't write it when I sign my name either.
Normally my username is SiAScORCH because that was my handle when I programmed booters on AOL 4.0-5.0 when I was a teenager.
I'm another one who tends to the same user name over and over- this ones been my all-purpose for awhile When I got my first smart phone, I had to pick a new email for the first time in a LONG time and my first e-mail was this emo thing I came up with in early high school. So I went with my two favorite things- sunshine and orcas

Growing up my favorite book was Reptiles of North America. It was written by a man who is considered to be the father of American Herpitology, Raymond Lee Ditmars. He died in 1942 so I figured he was done with it.
