Dimpled Eggs

I've checked eggs before with an IR temp gun and they usually read 3-5 degrees warmer than the egg box substrate...i.e. substate reads 89 and eggs read 93-95'ish...

I just try to keep the eggs at 88-89F and all 3 clutches so far have been fine cutting at day 52. Two more in the incubator and one big Pastel still to ovy

I "might" let my Pied eggs go to day 55
