Shedding!?
I have yet another question...do python's skin get kind if wrinkly and dry feeling before a shed? Or is my snake dehydrated? When my snake is curled up his skin doesn't really look appealing like it use to. Is that dehydration or is my snake finally about to shed? Cause I've had him for a while now

It is probably that your snake is going blue (in the shedding process). Dull colors and blue eyes = in the shedding process. A picture would help though.

That's my problem I don't know. I only mist the cage daily, but I'm going to purchase a humidity meter today.

I would recommend this:

When I got mine, the temp was accurate when comparing with a IR gun I have, and the hydrometer was exactly 75% RH. I would not use the adhesive tape inside the enclosure, I would use a hot glue gun or magnets.
