Butter. I would say pied, but technically that's two genes.

Pied is NOT two genes. Where are people getting the idea that pieds are two gene mutations? The mutation is caused by ONE recessive gene.

My favorite is Lesser Platinum.

I think it's that it takes two copies of the gene to present itself. Incorrect, still a single gene morph, but it's a logical conclusion.
