What can i do to help him shed?

So it's been 2 or 3 days since he cleared up from his blue stage. Tonight I was holding him, and he rubbed against my bracelet (a thick silver bracelet) and his skin started coming off. I put him back in his tank, to see if maybe he'd continue, and he tried all over, but nothing happened. The humidity and everything are great, so I'm not sure what the problem is. I Feel like everything in there is too smooth for him to start shedding so he doesn't know how? he spent most of today curled up behind one of the vines I have in there, and when I got him out, he had an indent on his head from where he was laying under it.

I can tell he needs to shed, his skin is all peely around his mouth and stuff. Unfortunately no one in my area sells any kind of branch or something rough for him to help shed, i feel bad for him, mainly because he didn't eat last week because of him going into shed.

Just be patient. He will figure it out and itll all work out If anything, give him a little mist once or twice the next day or so n see if that helps.

I Have a fogger actually on a timer, and it does it twice a day for a few minutes (usually stops around 80%)
