Unhappy [HELP] Leopard Gecko has a large, growing bump on nose

The problem appeared a few days ago and has nearly trippled in size. I haven't been able to get her to a vet yet because they're all closed when I get off of work but I'm hoping to be able to get her to one this weekend. Any ideas what this is and what could be causing it? Only thing I can think of is infection from a mealworm bite or something.. Anything I can do while waiting to be able to get her to a vet?

    Here are a few pictures:

Probably some sort of infection. I'm betting it gets drained + antibiotics prescribed.

Is there anything on the inside of its mouth? I'd suggest cleaning it with some diluted betadine until you are able to get him to a vet.

It looks like some kind of an abscess. I had a female ball whose previous owners kept her on wood chips and she got a splinter under her chin that formed an abscess. What is he being kept on? Keep it clean and keep an eye on it. Take him to the vet if it gets worse or doesn't go away though of course. My girl healed well. Best of luck!
