Herpstat temperature probe question

I am in the process of building a rack which will be done later today. I have a herpstat 2 on order and was looking for the actual thermostat probe dimension if anyone is able to measure it. The length won't matter too much the diameter is what I am looking for. Thanks in advance.

About 1/4 inch. Measurement taken by looking down at the probe over a ruler. I don't have a caliper. Hope that helps
