It looks like a pretty normal motley corn! I love motleys. I have an anery motley and snow motley myself.

As for sexing, they are REALLY easy to pop with very little pressure needed (unlike with ball pythons). It's the same maneuver you just need less pressure to invert the hemipenes. If you don't know how to pop, then don't because you don't want to hurt him. If you know a breeder or vet near you that has REALLY small probes, they can probe the little guy for you. The probes can't have a ball tip since the ball portion is much too big (even on the smallest probe).
