They are just pastels, but I'm excited for them to crawl out!

So I prayed to the BP gods not to give me any pastels this year because that's all I ever get. Out of the 7 eggs before I didn't get a single pastel, but I got a pewter and a pastave. I was pretty happy about that. Then I open up these eggs, from a Pastel x Pinstripe pairing and saw two pastels and a normal. I was totally bummed about not getting a lemon blast, but whatever! Then today they were poking their heads out and I thought they looked pretty cool!

Definitely not your typical pastel head, hopefully that means they will stay nice and bright! This is day 55

    This one looks pretty nice!

Even the normal is pretty neat

The trio, both pastels have really light/faded heads

And for good measure, mom and pop

Thank you, and I hope so! My hubby really wants a pastel female to throw into his pied project one day since I already have plans for my female pastels. I told him we weren't holding back any more dang pastels, but...maybe I'll make an exception if one is female

He may be a male and not what you were hoping for, but at least he's a quality one . I love the pic of the normal peeking out in the original post (4th pic), such a cute face!
