My trip to IL
As I type this I am watching Nanners my baby Cali King taking a dip. I was not aware they were big on the water, I guess I am used to my BP I have rarely even seen him drink let alone take a swim. Is this considered normal? I am not worried or anything just curious because he was in there for a good 2 minutes just having a blast. Now it appears he has finished and went back into his hide. Any thoughts on this ?

I have never seen my Kingsnake voluntarily get into the water, but she doesn't object to a bath now and then, when forced upon her!

mine has never touched the water either. But, you say youve never seen your bp in the water. Guess they are all diferent. Mine love the water, they never leave it. Just to eat and hide about once a week. I would say in a given week they are in their water 100hours or more.

Thanks for the replies guys. It was really strange I was taken aback lol. I didn't think that they were crazy about the water but I guess snakes are like fingerprints everyone of them is different.
