There is a reason I haven't called them, and everything needs to be situated before I'd even be able to call them. Customer service is a big thing to me, especially emails, so to me that says a lot about a company. I always prefer to talk on the phone, but at the time it's not suitable because of the fact I'm on vacation and don't have a working phone, so I'm using WiFi.
