Would it still be a panda if a super black pastel cinnamon was used?

I don't think so.
The super cinny pied has a different name than the super BP pied. White Panda and Panda respectfully.
And since the cinny BP is named differently than the super BP and super cinny, I only assume a BP Cinny Pied will be something else too.
