I know. I'm not sure if the packaging was meant that way or if the heat pack fell down from the top. The poor thing was very hot and placed against the pack that was very hot to the touch. I felt so bad and irritated at the same time.
On the flip side, the little firefly from Chris had her first meal for me today. Went right after a rat pup. You were right Chris, this little girl seems like she's gonna be a great feeder. Thanks again
