Just based on the shape...it doesn't look like a regurge to me. I see urates around it- oftentimes my snakes will give me a tiny poo with mostly hair along with their pee and urates.
Hopefully some others will chime in, too.
Edit: okay, those are paper towels, not urates.Still, I think the odds of being just a weird poo are good.
