If the enclosure it's self has been treated with PAM it should be fine. The only issue I'm aware of is treating the feeder rodents with PAM (i.e. spraying the mite spray directly on the ASF). which believe it or not actually happens.. lol

So in short, it should be fine as long as you follow the same directions as you would for a reptile enclosure.
