    For the first pairing you achieved the most likely outcome. 1 visual and 3 66% hets.
    For the second, if it was visual to het, you had a little bad luck. The odds should have been this: 12.5% chance no visuals, 37.5% of one, 37.5% of two and 12.5% of all three being caramel albinos.
    Three eggs is a very small sample set. As the sample size increases the outcome more closely resemble the "odds".
    Like others have pointed out all the babies from the second pairing will be 100% het no matter if the mother was het or not.
