How often to feed my young ball python!?

I've had my python for almost 4 weeks now and I read online to feed young ball's more frequently than adults, so I got him on a feeding schedule of every 5 days. Is this bad? Every single time I've offered him good it eats no trouble whatsoever, so my main concern is, is this doing more harm than good? Should I wait a full week? And today I accidentally lost track of days and fed him 4 days after the last time he was fed but he almost seemed to eat it quicker than usual?

Every 5-7 days is fine, just make sure your feeding the appropriate size prey, 10%-15% of their body weight at a young age is a good place to start.
