It sounds like it's coming off in pieces? Technically that is a bad shed, but it's not a big deal. I have bad sheds from time to time, especially in the winter when I have a space heater running in the snake room. Like the other person said, you can soak the snake to remove the stuck shed if it doesn't come off on it's own.
