There's the small damage to the screen, is that something to worry about?

It looks like the hard metal mesh rather than the cloth-like type, so I wouldn't worry about a possible escape. However, I'd be concerned about your little guy hurting himself on the sharp metal edges. If you have a glue gun, I'd go over the points and make sure they're nice and soft so he'll be safe. I had to do the same thing on mine, it's held

This is my current set up for QT and while I wait for my thermostat next week, no UTH yet, does this look ok?

After he's more comfortable I will switch him to cypress mulch to help with the humidity

You might want to put the lid on. Jk Looks pretty good. I like to clutter mine up with fake plants or crumpled paper (I have one of each). What are the temps looking like? Humidity?

Looks good, I like to keep mine as minimalistic as possible. You might want to cover 3 of the sides with paper to make the cage feel more secure for the BP, like so: (Its just printer paper taped to the outside of the cage)

As for the screen top, as long as there aren't any sharp edges inside the cage you should be fine, but if there are they need top be removed (sanded down/hot glued/cut off)

Also, not sure if you have them already, but I'd definitely get some sturdy clamps for that lid. We had our hognose in a tank like that for a bit, he managed to push PAST the clamps, escape out of our room, across the patio and into the back yard. All the while somehow dodging 5 cats and 2 dogs. It was a miracle we found him alive and unharmed. Needless to say, we got a locking exoterra that same day lol.

x2, securing the lid is very important. Personally I use bricks, but anything heavy will work.
