Im having issues scanning the square bar code with my phone any tips would be helpful. THANKS

I have found that certain lighting in my room can cause it to not scan properly. When it doesn't scan right I usually try an upward angle and that has always worked for me. You may also be too close or vise versa. I had this app for 2 weeks now and so far I love it besides when it is hard to scan them QR codes.
