Photo's of your set up might help. Along with snake weight and prey weight+feeding schedule.
Shooting in the dark here, moving the terrarium to a quiet area where people aren't often walking around or blacking out all but one side of enclosure might help the snake feel more secure.
Adding plants and double checking the temps at both hides.
Individual snakes can be more or less aggressive than others within a species but, often issues like this can be worked out.
Short daily handling sessions can help too. Even a snake that strikes often stops once picked up, provided you don't go waving your hands in its' face.
