I'm not an expert on dog food by any means, but in my experience with my boxer I switched his food from pedigree to taste of the wild and noticed a HUGE difference in his figure, energy, and coat. Not sure if taste of the wild is available in the UK but from my limited experience its the best dog food I've tried. Just my small 2 cents lol sorry I couldnt be much more help.
