Question about feeding.

I know I've posted a lot about my snake the last few days and tons of questions, but no amount of reading can prepare you for when you have your own so I like to get some knowledge from experienced handlers.

I feed my ball last week friday, she/he is under a year old according to petsmart and she had just pooped. usually I wake up in the morning to find her sleeping in one of her hides, but today she was outside of it almost looking at the top of the cage. I offered her some food, and she took it no problems, already down, now shes just fixing her jaw. Is 6 days after last feeding to soon? considering she took it.

Also, she swallowed some aspen, is that alright?

You must feed F/T I'm assuming. When you get the snake up to room temp by soaking in warm water, make sure you dry it off good so that way it doesn't have Aspen sticking to it. I've had a snake swallow Aspen before and never had any issues with my snake, but maybe somebody else can chime in and be more helpful. I wouldn't say 6 days is too soon, but a lot of people like to feed on a 7 day schedule. I can't speak for all snakes but some snakes will eat until they put it back up. I've seen this first hand with keepers that didn't do any type of research.
