I'm kind of confused what you're asking.
Cinnamon x Normal gives you a 50% chance of getting normal babies, and 50% chance of getting cinnamon babies... yes. No het; Cinny isn't recessive.
Technically you can inbreed, people do it all the time, though that's usually to prove something out or for recessives, etc, etc- so yes bringing in new blood isn't a bad idea. You could sell the babies to buy a female cinny, thus allowing you to breed cinny x cinny to produce a super cinny. Alternatively, you could just buy a female cinny now, with the male, to give her time to mature, or sell the normal. If you buy a baby cinny when you sell your other babies, you'll have to wait a couple years to breed her anyway.
Unless you have plans / project in mind for a future gene, I wouldn't buy a het anything. If all you want, or will ever want, are cinnies / super cinnies, why pay more for a gene you won't use?
Also, as a side note, I would plan to hatch more than six hatchlings. You never know what you're gonna get.
