I think there is a chance the snake you are acquiring is a Black Pastel. The reason for "low quality" is the lack of black "squiggles" in the side pattern, the extensive "flames" up the sides, and its normal back pattern. Black Pastels do have "flames" up the sides, but usually not that extensive. The average internet expert can look at a picture of a high quality Black Pastel and congratulate the owner, however they will see a lower-quality Black Pastel and claim it is not a Black Pastel at all. Regarding the "donuts", I think you mentioned in an earlier post that your snake has lots of them but I see none. Look at the rings down the back of the Black Pastel below. These are the "donuts" I look for as an indicator that a snake could be a Black Pastel.Originally Posted by SajaRawr
