Deer is one of my favorites. the only problem is it is very lean and can easily be overcooked. so I can see someone cooking a nice steak into shoe leather on a grill without knowing it. then telling all their friends how terrible and gamey flavored it was lol.

Deer, elk and moose are good if cooked properly. Buffalo is one of my favourites: like a very lean cow.

My great uncle used to raise pigeons for eating, never tried one, but he raised them for years.

Growing up on a ranch, I have had calf testicles before, but never bull testicles. We have recently gotten into raising goats for meat as well. The meat can be very distasteful if butchered incorrectly. Can't go wrong with a good goat curry

Also, I may be wrong, but I believe that horse meat is eaten a lot in Europe. Not far from where I work there is a packing plant devoted specifically for horses, but I believe they export most of the meat.

Oh god....... Goat curry sounds amazing right now.

Horse meat is eaten in Europe and in certain Asian countries.
McDonalds used to use horse meat a lot back in the day.

I LOVE eating Bambi! Erm...uh, I mean deer
    I personally love gamey.

I've made goat before, we found it at the Mexican butcher shop. It was delicious. My friend and I made it REALLY spicy so we wouldn't have to share any lol.
