    Deer, elk and moose are good if cooked properly. Buffalo is one of my favourites: like a very lean cow.

    My great uncle used to raise pigeons for eating, never tried one, but he raised them for years.

    Growing up on a ranch, I have had calf testicles before, but never bull testicles. We have recently gotten into raising goats for meat as well. The meat can be very distasteful if butchered incorrectly. Can't go wrong with a good goat curry

    Also, I may be wrong, but I believe that horse meat is eaten a lot in Europe. Not far from where I work there is a packing plant devoted specifically for horses, but I believe they export most of the meat.
