All my turtles and snakes enjoy their heads and chins being rubbed/petted.

To more closely answer your question, I don't think any reptiles I've seen ever really enjoy being handled but the ones I noticed which have tolerated it the most are Bearded dragons and Uromastyx. Both are docile and will stay very calm while being handled or are out of their home habitat.
