    Movement in eggs

I candeled my first clutch laid June 8 last night and I could see the babies moving in the eggs. It was so cool.

    Re: Movement in eggs

I love that part of breeding, seeing babies move around in their eggs never gets old.

Awesome! I'm not far behind you, so now you've gotten me all excited to see it too!

Now I'm going to have to go home and candle my eggs. They were layed may 29th. Didn't think that would happen that early. This is my first clutch.

At what point can movement be observed?

I witnessed movement at about 3 weeks. As I moved the flashlight, it seemed to respond also. I grabbed the iphone for video, but it didn't seem as frisky when I was filming.

    Here's the video:

I saw it too! That was so amazing! All of them moved a bit, but one was totally checking out the light. I wasn't expecting to feel so emotional about it.
