75 Gallons is fine as long as its not too thin on the width, many 75 gallons are super thin and hella high. Some height is great for many morelia, but they will benefit from a deep cage with good floor size as well.
Keep in mind that aquariums are harder to maintain at proper humidity for many snake species, so ensure you have a good hygrometer to measure this as well as your ambient temperatures. Glass thanks can be hard to create those perfect environments temperature and humidity wise when they are that large. So as long as you know that. Then yes.
