Well the shows I used to attend were in New Orleans at the Alario Center hosted by Gila Productions. The new shows are in Gonzales and I guess they don't have restrictions on venomous like the other ones did, not sure if it was because of the location or the show, because the new shows are now ran by Repticon. I almost bought that cobra, but I didn't want to go through the whole ordeal of having to obtain a venomous permit then having to do all the required stuff so in the end I didn't get it. I also will not get a cobra as my first venomous snake, though I don't really like any other venomous so I'd be stuck with something I don't really like then I'd have to find it a home once I get accustomed to dealing with venomous and it's not something I would really want to do. Plus if I do end up getting married, I don't want to put my future wife in that kind of danger.Originally Posted by Pyrate81
Gratz on your first show. They are fun. I've only been to 3. I want to get to a "local" out of state one soon. I should be able to make the 1 1/2 hour trip to Maryland coming up. Stoked.
