probe is taped on the flexwatt...

I have been waiting but no one else asked.........................
My probe is hanging from the middle shelf almost exactly in the middle of the cooler so that the ambient temps in the cooler stay at 89 degrees.

Why do you have your probe taped to the flex a watt unless you are monitoring inside the tubs too?

Just read thru the posts and I have 2 incubators that the temps are stable. my probe also hangs off of the middle shelf in about the middle of my incubators. my incubator are of different sizes. one is about 3 times the size of the other. not sure why would you want it on the heat tape? a rack system with belly heat yes, as the heat tape is very close to the bottom of the tub. a back heat rack, my probe is between the heat tape and the tub, secure to the rack so it doesn't move.
