    I don't spray the rack, just the tubs. Pam doesn't kill mites. It prevents the life cycle. You want to put any substrate in a trash bag, spray it, shake it around then give it a day. As for the tub, just spray around the edges and any vent holes. The mites leave the cage to lay eggs and having Pam on the edges prevents them from re-entering the cage. Thereby preventing the life cycle.
