Alright guys, I was fortunate enough to get hired by my local petco after their other reptile guy left. (I've raved about my local petco before about how great they are with their animals and it just feels great knowing that i now have all the keys to cages to ensure that this petco stays that way).

However, I had to put a little bp in wellness, (a series of rooms in that back where they take care of their sick animals) today and for the life of me I can't figure out how he ended up like this and I was hoping some of you guys could help.

When I went to check on all the animals before I closed up the store, I noticed one of the bps, (after keeping an eye on him and spraying him down all week), was not making any progress so I set him up in a separate tank in one of the back rooms. Paper towels, water bowl, hides, the usual deal. He even ate for me too. Now, the other bps in the cage are all perfectly fine, nice and plump, beautiful skin, clear eyes, etc. The humidity in there is even around 70% at all times so it is beyond me how this one bp is dehydrated and the others are not, especially if he's eating.

I wasn't able to take any pictures because I didn't think I was allowed to, but I might try to sneak one in tomorrow when I go and open up. He basically looks like your typical dehydrated ball with wrinkles going up and down his body. He still has some stuck shed on him from his last shed and I'm slowly trying work that off too.

Any help would be appreciated!
