    A few recent additions.....

So this spring has been full of ups and downs for me and my hubby. Many of you are aware that I had urgent surgery for a ruptured appendix in February. Thankfully, that is over now and I'm pretty much fully healed from that. We had a few other "downers" as well, including the killing of my hubby's car which precluded me from making one additional Angolan purchase (which totally sucked), but that surgery was the lowest of the "downers."

Fortunately, there were some "ups" too. I have been making a few investments in snakes over the past 6 months. There was some delay in getting a few of these guys in due to the surgery, but I've had them for awhile now, if not actually in my hot little hands. But now these guys have all arrived and I feel it's time to properly introduce them. I do have 2 more which will come at the end of the summer/early fall so I'll wait for them to get here before introduce those. But in the meantime, here are the critters that I actually purchased either over the winter or earlier this spring but have only just recently arrived.....

First up is Savannah. She arrived just this morning! She is absolutely stunning in person - amazing colors and wonderful personality. She was purchased from Mike Masters and she is a 2011 100% dh leopard albino. I will pair her to Zeppelin - the dh leopard albino pictured below. Can't WAIT to make an albino leopard!!

And this is Zeppelin. I adore this snake. He is a 2012 and his pattern and iridescence is to die for - he is positively PINK. Looks like he crawled through raspberry sauce...

Next up is the 2012 Pastel Dream Monstertail (Jeff Ronne / Boaphile line), Dali. She is way more pink than the picture shows.

And this is Salvador (yes, I'll have a Salvador x Dali line.... ). He is a gorgeous 2011 low-expression caramel jungle from UAN Constrictors.

As I mentioned, there are 2 more surprises in the works for this coming fall, but they'll get their own thread. I was going to wait for them to arrive before posting up this batch, but I was way too pleased with Savannah's arrival this morning and these guys have all been a VERY long wait and highly anticipated so I just had to share now.......
