    I like to feed slightly bigger than the biggest part so it leaves a bulge in the stomach.

    Snakes can't choke because of their handy dandy glottis which can stick out like a snorkel and allows them to breathe while their mouth is full.

    What I would be worried about with a too large prey item is the snake being able to digest it properly and not leading to a regurgitation.
