Get banana leaves and look up how to braid them into necklaces. It's not too hard and it's free if you have access to a banana tree somewhere nearby. When I went to a Luau in Maui the banana leaf crafts were the most popular item available. A guy would fold you a rose, crown, necklace, whatever!
