If they hatch on the 7th of June how long should I ask him to wait before he ships her? End of the month 3 weeks?

I'd wait until she's fed at least 2 or 3 times. Nice looking dad in any case.

    Lemon pastel on hold

You can't really put a time limit on it. It may take certain animals more time to eat 3 meals than others. The usual process is after they shed then you offer their fist meal. They may not eat then. So 3 meals, however long it takes, is the minimum I would wait for a newly hatched ball.

Second. You put a deposit on a snake that has t hatched yet? What if the odds gods aren't with ya. Did you make sure the deposit is refundable? I hatched a spider x normal clutch last year, 5 eggs all dudes. I would be wary of any deal which involves snakes that haven't hatched, let alone ate yet.

I haven't given him any money yet. The 175 is in my PayPal waiting until he tells me there's a female for me. He hasn't even asked for a deposit.

ditto. I could be longer than 3 weeks tho. I usually don't let my babies go until they've fed at least 3 times, consecutively.

For sure don't say 3 weeks or else.

Some babies catch on quick, some don't.

In general, form hatch to first shed is 1 week. Shed to first feeding is 1 week. And 5 to 7 days between feedings.

However, some babies may not shed for 2 or 3 weeks. Some don't eat for 2 to 4 weeks after they shed. Some take the first meal no trouble, then refuse for the next month. It's just not something you can put a time limit on.

Once the baby has hatched and shed and you know he has a girl for you, go ahead and put a deposit down, then just be patient while she figures out how to be a snake.
