How do you find out about these?? Should I scour the internet with google searches, or do you just hear it from your friends/fellow herp enthusiasts??

EDIT–And unfortunately Im gonna be out of state on a missionary assignment during that time....

And yeah, pretty much. There are a few sites out there that keep track of all reptile events in the US. Good to keep your eyes open, and use google often.
