Red spots all over my spider BP

Hi, I have a small spider ball python and I had him out tonight and I noticed he has these red spots/dots all over him that look like blood drops. They are mostly near his tail and a few on the upper part of his body. My phone is dead so I'll try and get a picture when it is charged. I know it's not scale rot, not mites (dealt with those before so I know what they look like), and I don't think it's burn because its tiny little dots that form a few bigger patches. any idea on what this could be. The UTH is set to 90 degrees and he is on aspen...please help if it's anything serious I will take him to the vet I just wasn't sure if it was something simple.

    Thanks

You sure it's not a burn of some kind? Like forming blisters? Pics would probably help cuz little red dots I think of blisters from burns, like how when we get second degree burns we blister.

I really don't think it's burns because it appears to be under his scales. I have only been able to find one picture online that even looks like whats going on with him. I will get pictures posted ASAP. This picture looks like it but there are A LOT more of them

How long ago did he have mites? Has he shed since you got rid of them?
