Just curious, can I try to get them on rats at this age? I don't breed mice only rats, so I have small enough rats all the time ready to be fed off.

Yes. My hatchlings never see mice.

Yeah, if fit my needs more than wants, I needed a female pastel and got it  . She's going back to dad when she's ready, or to my spider, than back to dad, dunno yet will figure it out when the time comes, which is plenty far away
