The room temperature is about 70 degrees. I'm using an infrared temp gun to take temps. I currently do not have any animals in the rack, which is why I have the thermostat disconnected just to experiment with the temperatures. I've always used individual enclosures/smaller racks with belly heat that the ambient temperature didn't affect so much, so this is a little new for me.

But it sounds like I may have to bring it into a warmer room!
