BH has it covered and sounds like you'll do just fine. Corn eggs don't need much and I've always incubated on the top shelf of my reptile display. The rising heat from lamps, etc, keeps it the correct temps. Just make sure that you have some air movement to keep it from spiking (I just leave the ceiling fan on in the room for this) and a thermometer just inside the egg tub to make sure it's staying the right temps. I use one of the digital Accurites from Wal-Mart as it tells me highs/lows and has a probe that can just be set inside. That way, you know everything is good.
