I am a bit worried about this one...

Excuse my possible over concern as this may be all natural here, but this was my first girl to ovy and things just do not look right this morning.

Bed check on this girl this morning who is 44 days POS. This morning she is noticeably very larger on her back 1/3. Not really concerned about that, but check the video- she seems distressed and I wonder if she is egg bound or just getting ready to push some eggs out.

She was ultrasounded with 12 follicles back in March. Her behavior just does not seem normal to me although this is my first clutch.

I guess we can dismiss that as a very imminent sign of eggs getting ready to drop. She just dropped the first egg!! Off to work and hopefully I'll have a nice clutch when I get home.

She did seem a bit distressed didn't she? I had to check on her again before I left. I was very relieved to see an egg sitting there!!

7 healthy eggs. All candled good. Guess I just caught her getting ready to lay eggs this morning. My incubator has been running for months and they went right in there after I snapped this pic.
