I dont like where the names are placed. Maybe have the name higher up, over your heart, with the business name either above or below.

I think everything should be together. Logos and business names are always on the left breast.

So why are you asking for opinions? When logos and business names are stacked they typically are different fonts. This looks somewhat cluttered IMO. Think old school mechanic shirt - name in script, business name in another font.

I also think the names should be placed differently: it looks "off" to me being right below the business name.
